Information you provide
We collect the details you submit when requesting a quote, including your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle year, make and model, package, service needs and preferred timing. When arranging service, we may also request your service address and relevant scheduling or access details. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in enquiry fields.
Facebook and Instagram may prefill your information. Review it before submitting. When phone verification is enabled, Meta sends and processes the verification code. Do not send that code to Drive N Shine.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, recommend services, prepare quotes, schedule appointments, provide services and maintain related customer records. We may call, text or email you about your request. A quote request does not book an appointment until we confirm it with you.
Unrelated promotional emails or texts require a separate opt-in. You can ask us to stop promotional contact at any time, or use an unsubscribe option in a message. Necessary communications about an active service or transaction may continue.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell lead information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We may use providers supporting website hosting, email, communications and customer records to process information for these service purposes. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or when you direct us to do so.
Meta processes information on its platforms under the Meta Privacy Policy. Our website is hosted by Squarespace; its handling of visitor information is described in the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
Website visits and cookies
Squarespace processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages and site activity to operate and protect the website and provide site analytics. Cookies and similar technologies support website functions and usage measurement. Manage cookies through your browser and any choices offered on the site; blocking cookies may affect some features.
Our website quote button opens your email app so you can review and send your request. The request reaches us when you send that email. Your email provider also processes the message under its own policies.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry and customer information as needed to respond, provide services and maintain appropriate business records, including legally required records. We limit its use to business purposes and take reasonable measures to protect it. No online service or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices

Information needed for active services, recordkeeping, legal obligations or disputes may be retained. Rights and exceptions under applicable law continue to apply.
